Most of the societies in the world had a defined code Well-behaved women Rarely make history shirt of conduct for women from the long past. Women were limited in all aspects of society and were expected to behave in a certain way. These were considered as norms by the society and these norms were unequal. Unequal can be also said as wrong. Women who ignored these “wrongs”, didn’t follow these rules and norms and instead created there own believes and acted in the society can be called was “not well-behaved women”.
