So many emotions! To see Flex and Michelle complete Vintage Warrior come out to play shirt the city finals course was just exhilarating. What phenomenal and talented athletes. All their hard work and determination paid off and I was so excited I was vibrating! I also love how the other athletes supported them and went wild during their runs. What an incredible community. Jesse and Michelle! It’s amazing to see hard work pay off! Not just women, but you can really see the difference it makes when a ninja devotes themselves to become fully invested. A handful of ninjas have transitioned to the ninja gym life and there’s not a lot of women working in the gym field. This is not only one, but two amazing women that coach, manage, and train at their ninja gyms full time and the devotion shows!
