Had I fed them solely on wet food, they might have lived longer. Siamese cats are notoriously prone to kidney disease. Some vets will say ALL cats are. But if you feed them mainly kibble the chances will increase. I have two cats now, neither one Siamese, and I feed them almost only wet food. Siamese cats are wonderful, especially if you have the time to cuddle, kiss, sing to and talk to them when they are very young – 6 weeks to 8 weeks. Then you will have animals that will be affectionate, cuddly, loyal, and talkative.
