To whoever wrote the lyrics, hats off to you for amazing writing at the last minute! This surprise performance at the end of the show literally woke me up. We were up to watch the postgame coverage and the progress of the lunar eclipse, and I’d just given up and started to drop off when James started the Queen song, Adam Lambert came through the curtains, and BAM! I was wide awake and completely blown away. Well done! Writers, production crew, everybody.
