I hated mushroom as a kid, as well as Brussel sprouts now I love both. I honestly think Official Mushrooms into the forest I go to lose my mind and find my soul shirt taste buds change as we get older. I made these last night and they turned out beautifully. I will say though that I will use salted butter next time as they were surprisingly a little bland for our tastes. That being said, this is a very good mushroom dish that I will definitely prepare again. If no wine on hand, use about 1 TBL lemon juice. Tastes almost the same. I make them all the time this way and it makes a delicious sauce for steak or chicken. Try substituting dry sherry for a different variation. Also yummy over sauteed chicken. What’s the twist…..this is just button mushrooms with a white wine glaze sauce.
