The LSU men’s and women’s sports teams have won a Louisiana sports LSU Tigers New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans shirt combined total of 48 NCAA national championships. The Tiger Nation is proud of all the titles won, but some seem sweeter than the others. We are most proud of the six baseball titles (and expect to add a seventh in a couple of weeks); the twenty-five track and field championships won by the Lady Tigers; and the five men’s golf championships. They’re a particularly good team, and one with a very impressive resume. The manner in which they beat Alabama this time versus their last win was spectacular, to say the least.
