This is a terrible addiction, I want to be rid of it! Dam, it’s really flipping hard! I am a strong woman but so dam weak when it comes to following through. I can’t seem to get past 1 whole day even. I hate it but love it. It’s torture. Super proud of everyone here who quit. I’m happy for all of you. Nearly 3 years smoke-free for me too. Good riddance. You get pretty stressed for a while. Takes months to go through it but after all that you start to feel that it was worth the effort. I would never want to smoke again.
