If you don’t have thick skin it will be a painful journey. It appears artists have more control/platforms these days over their singing career and getting their music heard and purchased. With social media, it appears anyone can be a singer. “Asleep” by the Smiths. I would’ve chosen “I Know its Over” (another song by them) but this song gives me a WHOLE different feeling compared to I know it is over. This song always makes me cry and leaves me so melancholic afterward which is why don’t like playing it.
